RN Clinical Manager – OTTUMWA

Iowa Home Care- Ottumwa is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead, inspire, develop and manage our clinical staff

The individual in this role :
Creates an inspiring clinical culture where professional accountability is embraced, and professionals perform to their full potential resulting in high quality care that is compliant with professional standards, regulations and payer requirements.

Provides oversight for Agency clinical activities by clinical staff to include, RNs, LPNs, Medical Social Workers, and Therapists.
Is responsible for creating a client-focused, high- performance, high-commitment department by planning, developing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating clinical activities throughout the agency
Monitors and assures clinical care is delivered in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Assures effective coordination of care among the multidisciplinary team. Participates in care conferences and care coordination meetings to assure the best possible outcomes for patients, appropriate length of stay, goal achievement, and effective discharge planning
Guides complex clinical care to assure compliance with policy, procedures, and established standards of care. Promotes timely, proactive interventions to effectively mitigate potential decline in patient condition
Requirements:
RN licensed in Iowa
2+ years previous Home Care Experience
2+ years previous Clinical Leadership
