RN Nurse Manager

Solon Assisted Living is looking for a full-time registered nurse to manager our 18-apartment community.
We are a community owned continuum of care facility located in Solon Iowa and managed by a volunteer board of directors. Solon Assisted Living is part of Solon Retirement Village.

Responsibilities include overall management of personal care attendants, specifically hiring scheduling and training, as well as tenant assessments, service plans and medication management. Position will require candidate to be on call.
Must be an RN, experience in assisted living preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
