Scheduler/Administrative Assistant
1st shift: Full-time opportunity available
DUTIES: Finds replacement employees to resolve insufficient staffing. Takes daily employee call in’s for illness or other attendance issues. Creates a master schedule for each department as requested. Maintains on-call status during non-business hours, communicating with employees and department leaders of changing schedules. Assists with admission paperwork and files paperwork as needed. Assists Administrator with other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in scheduling is preferred. Experience in bookkeeping and general office practices. Experience developing and maintaining work schedules. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English. Previous experience in scheduling is preferred. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Must be on-call as needed.
