Transportation Assistant

1st shift: Full-time opportunity available

DUTIES: Performs quality transportation services for residents traveling to appointments, events and activities. Shows up on-time to pick up residents and completes all required documentation for services in a timely manner. Assists residents with boarding and with loading/unloading, including wheelchairs, medical equipment, etc. Receives positive feedback from residents on the quality of their work and services.

REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Iowa drivers license, CDL Class C or higher and chauffeurs license. If not chauffeurs license, must obtain with 6 months of hire. Good driving record that meets insurance company requirements. CPR certified or willing to achieve same. Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English.
