As part of their leadership journey, participants will also receive:

  • Certification of completion through the Five STAR Leadership Academy.
  • A personalized Five STAR Leadership Academy workbook to serve as a leadership reference guide.
  • A complimentary signed copy of Becoming a Five S.T.A.R. Leader by Jerald Cosey.
  • Access to completed courses from their program year via the J.Cosey Speaks training library.
  • One complimentary individual leadership coaching session during the program year, with an option for a discounted follow-up session after graduation.

CEUs + registration fee

  • Program provides opportunity to earn up to 36.0 CEUs
  • Registration fee is $1,500 for one individual or $2,500 for two individuals for the same organization
Iowa Total Care Executive Health Care Leadership Institute Scholarship

This scholarship, made possible by Iowa Total Care, is for leaders at IHCA member organizations interested in attending the IHCA Executive Health Care Leadership Institute.

Scholarships will be offered to provide for the registration fee to participate in the IHCA Executive Health Care Leadership Institute. A total of nine scholarships are available. Applications for this scholarship program have closed.
