Silver Quality Award Workshop 2025
Description
Take the next step in your quality journey with IHCA’s Silver Quality Award Workshop, in partnership with Geoffrey Calhoun of Calhoun Consulting Partners, LLC.
Designed for providers who have earned the Bronze Award and are ready to advance to the next level, this interactive, in-person workshop walks you through the Silver Award application process from beginning to end. With expert coaching and practical guidance, participants will break down the Silver criteria, explore how to write a strong application, and gain insights on how to tell their quality improvement story effectively.
This workshop is more than a writing session—it’s a strategic opportunity to deepen your organization’s commitment to excellence. Learn how to use the Baldrige-based Silver criteria to evaluate and improve your systems, processes, and outcomes. You’ll leave with tools to help drive performance, better engage your team, and strengthen person-centered care across your organization.
Workshop Format:
- Kick-off Webinar: August 29, 2025 (virtual)
- In-Person Workshop: November 7, 2025
