NE District Education

Program Description

Join IHCA for an interactive day of learning, problem-solving and connection with long-term care professionals from across your district.

Hear the latest updates on issues impacting Iowa long-term care providers, exchange ideas with peers facing similar challenges and work through real-world scenarios that reflect the situations you encounter every day.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in focused breakout sessions exploring practical approaches to leadership and workplace challenges or clinical quality, regulatory compliance and survey readiness.

Whether you’re leading a team, providing care or supporting facility operations, you’ll leave with fresh perspectives, practical strategies and ideas you can put to work in your organization.
