Director of Assisted Living

Full-time opportunity 

Position Description: As the Director of Assisted Living you are responsible for the day-to-day operations within Willow Winds Assisted Living located in Denver, Iowa. This includes being ultimately responsible, and accountable, for the nursing care received by residents, as well as the leadership and supervision of staff. 

Requirements:
-Graduate of a state board approved RN school. 
-Currently licensed in Iowa.
-Previous supervisory experience (2-5 years)
-Knowledge of Assisted Living regulations helpful
-Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English. 
-Must be agreeable/able to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
