2025 Care Initiatives New DON Scholarship

These scholarships were made for new DONs employed by an IHCA member facility to attend the DON Fundamentals - A Playbook for New Nurse Leaders held in September. This scholarship program provided a great opportunity for new DONs to learn, grow and connect with others in the same role. Six scholarships were awarded in 2025.
